- We ship all orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, after receipt and approval of your payment. We offer Swiss Post shipping services and provide a tracking number which will be sent to your E-mail once your order is shipped. We charge a flat CHF 50.00 shipping charge for all orders outside Switzerland.
- Privacy & Security
- The customer declares that he/she implicitly agrees that their personal data can be stored and assessed electronically by the Licensee. In the context of the definition of purpose of the usage contract the Licensee is entitled to process and/or have processed by third parties the personal-related data entrusted to him in compliance with the data protection declaration.
- Returns
- The purchased product must be used with the utmost care. If a defect is seen, you can return the unused product within 7 days of purchase. You need to ask for a return authorization number before sending the product back. In a such event, please use the contact form explaining the problem and asking for a return authorization number. After this, you will be able to return the shipment to us. Damage caused during return shipment due to unsuitable packaging is not a covered warranty item.
- Ordering
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our website. Orders are filled Tuesdays and Thursdays. Customer service and is available Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to noon and from 2:00 PM through 4:00PM excluding holidays.
- Payments
- We accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal, or PayPal account payments. Your credit or debit-card security will be assured through our fully encrypted SSL technology.
We may from time to time offer special promotions. These offers will be communicated on our site, or through E-Mails to our customers. If you don't want to receive E-Mails from us simply hit the opt out tab at the bottom of any the E-Mail correspondences you receive. - Viewing Orders
- Customers will be sent an e-mail once their order is shipped which will contain a tracking number. Customers will also be able to view their order history, and get tracking information by logging in at our site.
- Updating Account Information
- Customers are able to log in at any time to update their account information with their password.
