August was a very unstable and volatile month for our strategies. The subprime crisis which also affected the stock exchange market and the forex market in the middle of the month caused an extreme reversal of the Carry Trade. For several months the investors have borrowed Yen, at a very low rate interest, and reinvested it in a currency with a higher interest rate to benefit from the differential of interests. A massive withdrawal of these investments by central banks caused a spectacular increase of the Yen whereas we had open sell-positions on this currency. Almost all currencies crossed with the Yen, like the NZD/JPY, lost up to 20% in just a few days, which is usually very rare. Our riskiest strategy, PowerGraal, suffered strongly from this crisis and has experienced important losses. However, our less risky strategies (SecuriGraal and IdealiGraal) had very good performances showing by the same occasion their less risky character. Because of this instability we have decided to withdraw the currencies that are crossed with the Yen of our strategies while waiting for a return to more stable markets.

The Instability of the Stock Markets has increased the volatility of the Foreign Exchange markets, and this had a positive result on our strategies. In July, we could benefit from these important moves and had a gross income of 3.37% on the PowerGraal Strategy.
Our new Power Trading Servers from Dell just came in. These dual core high performance machines are set to calculate our strategies, and to manage
the accounts.
February results have been very positive. The "IdealiGraal" strategy has reached an exceptional 6.45% monthly performance. This result is principally resulting from a strongly volatile stock market. The mini-crash noticed mainly on the Asian markets saw many investors getting out of the stock market and investing elsewhere.
SaintGraal SA has received its ARIF (Association of the financial Intermediaries of Romandie) accreditation. Thanks to this licence, we are now ready to accept international funds and are ready to work under the Swiss Federal law of Money Laundering.
SaintGraal SA was founded officially in January 2007. It was incorporated the 23.1.2007 under the federal commercial registry office number CH-217.3.533.273-6. The company was issued from a merger of three entities specialized in finance and in the forex.
